2009 Reserve Cuvée Pinot Noir
The 2009 Reserve Cuvee Pinot Noir is a special blend of four different vineyards from some of the best locations to grow Pinot Noir Grapes. I have specially selected grapes from Anderson Valley, Russian River Valley, Sonoma Coast and Santa Maria Valley to create luscious, velvety blend that will pair well with everything from salmon, pork, lamb and earthy vegetables.
This Classic Pinot Noir has aromas of dark cherries, black berry, nutmeg, cinnamon, cola, leather and vanilla with an earthy underlining. The palate is very balanced. Cherry, black berry and black plum predominate with with mushroom, cinnamon, clove and all spice. It finishes with hints of dark chocolate, vanilla. The mouth feel is structured yet soft giving it a very smooth and long finish.
